Self-Worth Therapy

Wouldn't it be nice to wake up each morning feeling well rested and ready to start on your morning routine with ease? You know the girl I'm talking about... the one who seems to just let things slide right off of her and who truly, genuinely enjoys herself, and feels truly aligned with her values.

For most people, this is not the case. As children, we internalize the messages we hear from our parents, the people around us and our society as something must be wrong with us. These internalized messages are meant to keep us out of perceived threat, embarrassment or shame and oftentimes sound like our inner critic.

We could never imagine saying the hurtful things we say about ourselves to other people because they're mean and hurt.
Self-worth therapy can help you with understanding the parts of you who internalized this shame and the parts who internalized these messages through self-compassion. When we allow space for these practices in our lives, we begin to realize that there was never a problem to begin with. You can be a lot of things but you will never be a problem.

In self-worth therapy, you will learn the skills to challenge those old beliefs and thoughts about yourself while creating space for loving-kindness and self-compassion.  If you're considering self-worth therapy, I recommend making a commitment of at least 3 months.  Find out if you're a good match for self-worth therapy by scheduling a free consultation!
