Payment:
I accept credit card, FSA and HSA cards. Payment is made at the end of each session in order to make the best use of our time together. You will receive a new credit card form in your online intake forms that safely stores your card information to the secure system. Payments are processed immediately after the session or at the session time of a late cancelled or no-show appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
In consideration of my time and the needs of other clients, I require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur the full fee for the session. I am able to make reschedule requests if a session is available within the week.
Note: If you are a person who struggles with chronic pain/chronic fatigue, I highly recommend scheduling appointments on Monday or Tuesday in case you might need to reschedule frequently.
Do you take insurance?
No, I am not in network with any insurance companies at this time. I can accept FSH and HSA cards or provide a reimbursement statement, called a superbill, after appointments for individuals with out-of-network benefits.
Do you have any immediate availability?
No, I am not a crisis counselor and Trauma Therapy for Women does not provide crisis services. I respond to emails and voicemails at my earliest convenience, Monday through Thursday 9am-6pm. Text messaging is only for current clients who need to discuss scheduling concerns.
